Janine Yang, CA
Hailing from Shandong province of Qingdao in China, Janine Yang held a double degree in Business Administration and Law prior to her arrival in Melbourne in 2015. Single child of an IT Engineer father and Banker mother, Janine had a dream to gain a top tiered professional qualification in the wonderland of Australia and bring pride to herself and her family. She completed her Master of Accounting in 2017 from University of Melbourne and after a brief vacation in China, joined TaxPlanners as her maiden work. Focused and hard working, as she is, she completed her professional journey of Chartered Accountancy in 2021 with flying colors and is currently a Senior Accountant, having an independent portfolio of diverse clients in and around Australia.
Janine is quite disciplined, analytical and thorough in her attitude towards work. She has an “eye to detail” for whatever she does and is focused like an Eagle to whatever she is assigned. She loves to research and find solutions to various complex problems by herself, rather than bothering others with our “Google” She wouldn’t bother sitting late at work, in her quest to find solution to the complex issues she deals with. Her intention is to deliver a strong quality service and provide genuine corporate, accounting and tax advice to her clients.
Janine’s trademark is her wonderful smile that relaxes everyone she deals with, and a calm attitude. She is proactive, goal driven and professional. She believes that a good accountant should not confine herself to just numbers, but also maintain good relationship with everyone around. She is a great team player and loves educating young team members as well when free.
Janine loves Chinese, Korean and Japanese food and kill her extra calories with regular gym and jogging. She loves beach, outing with friends, watch variety shows and play online games in her free time. She is still single but her interest at the moment, is, to do a further specialization in Financial Planning and Self Managed Super Funds and her dream is to develop exceptional consulting skills so that she can independently have face to face consultations with the client.
